FEATURES OF OUR QUALITY CONTROL PROCEDURES    

1:- MATERIALS

Choosing material is the main factor in the manufacturing process normally best kind of stain less is used in manufacturing the items, but other kind of French and Japanese steel and a series of 300 / 410and 420 are also used as per the customer requirements PQA is the competent authority for the testing of raw materials, A rigid quality control policy is being adopted before releasing to the production process. Material test is to check the standard of steel as per desired specification and requirement of the customers.

2:- FORGING AND HAMMERING

Hot and cold forging is performed to the raw material (stainless steel bars) for the standard press operations in forming deep drawing of all type of instruments thru the specialized craftsmen. They annealed the forging process and prepare the materials for milling process.

3:- MILLING PROCESS.

Milling process is performed by the highly skilled machinist they are fully trained in accurately forming the male-female portions of box-joints forceps as well as serrations-retches and other vide range of instruments in uniformity. Almost all types of mechanical works are performed at the same place.

4:- FILLING.

Hand-made fabrication makes almost all items precise and finest in look and that is done by specialized and skilled persons who assemble male /female portions after adjusting of extracting forceps and scissors, tips, serrations, retches and all other type of items in uniformity and file precisely to make it semi-finish under strict quality control specifications. 

5:-TEMPERING 

All instruments are being tempered maintaining “Rock-Well Hardness”. The tampering varies from 45 to 55 for various types of instruments. A hardness test is taken after tempering of each lot to maintain the uniformity. Further Pasivation or a chemical process is performed to clean the items chemically.

6:- RIVITING 

A wide range of assembly operation is performed from prototype quantities to production run. Each instrument is riveted / welded or spot welded precisely according to the requirement.

7:- GRINDING / POLISHING:-

Finally, to get the best finished products it is necessary to facilitate the craftsman with précised grinding and polishing equipment’s for high uniformity utilizing best of polishing luster. Electro-plating and glass head process is used for the shined and matt finished steel instruments.
